The South Etobicoke Cluster periodically identifies priority issue areas that could benefit from CollaborACTION. Representatives from agencies, with an interest in collaborating to co-design and co-deliver solutions in these areas, often participate in a related working groups.

The ABR working group established a community of practice to support agencies in South Etobicoke in taking action to address anti-Black racism in their organizations and the broader community.
The homelessness working group collaborated to support the growing number of people in South Etobicoke experiencing homelessness.

VISION: Activate resources and capacity building opportunities for community agencies and vulnerable community members
GOAL: To increase awareness and engagement on climate action at the local level by funding community-led projects, activities, and events that:

The digital fluency working group was disbanded in late 2022. However, partners involved continue to support seniors with accessing technology, data and training so they can stay connected to friends and family post- pandemic.
This collaborative inititive involves staff from nearly all cluster agencies and engages local leaders as community “ambassadors”. The team has a mandate to build vaccine confidence among community members, particularly those hardest to reach.
