In partnership with Dorothy Ley Hospice and LAMP CHC, this gathering is open to everyone in the community.
Community Remembrance Gatherings are important to honor the life of your loved one, and acknowledge their death, to witness and acknowledge your grief and suffering as a result of that loss and to gather in collective remembrance as a community
